These Payment Terms and Conditions (“Payment Terms”) govern the payment processes for Orders placed with Tangerine Arts. By submitting a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

- Orders are billed at the time of purchase. The currency used will be that specified on our website at the point of sale.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Refund Policy
- Refunds are available solely if requested before the commencement of the Printing Process. Once printing begins, no refund will be granted (exceptions apply).
5.2 Cancellation
- Cancellation of an Order is only permitted if requested prior to the initiation of printing. Once printing is underway, the Order is irrevocable(exceptions apply).
5.3 Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes relating to payments must be resolved exclusively through our customer support channels ([email protected]). By processing your payment, you agree to resolve any issues via these channels and waive any right to pursue legal action concerning payment disputes.
6. Third-Party Payment Provider Disclaimers
6.1 Responsibility
- Tangerine Arts is not liable for any errors or issues arising from payment processing by our Third Party Payment Providers.
6.2 Service Interruptions
- In the event of disruptions or technical issues with any payment provider, Tangerine Arts shall not be held responsible for any resulting delays or complications in the payment process.
