1. Introduction
Welcome to Tangerine Arts, a sub‐company of Mackloom Group (“Tangerine Arts”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our Services or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Definitions

- Order: A purchase of products placed by a Customer.
- Products: Stickers, postcards, and similar printed items produced by Tangerine Arts.
- Printing Process: The production phase during which your Order is printed and hand‐cut by our team.
- Third Party Payment Providers: Companies such as PayPal, Stripe, SumUp, etc., which process payments on our behalf.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an Order or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including all disclaimers and limitations of liability herein.
4. Modifications
Tangerine Arts reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Orders and Refunds
5.1 Order Acceptance
- All Orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order without notice.
5.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if a refund request is received prior to the commencement of the Printing Process. Once printing has begun, the Order is final and non‐refundable.
5.3 Payment Authorisation
- By providing a payment method, you warrant that you are authorised to use that payment instrument. In instances where, for example, a parent or guardian’s credit card is used, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary permissions.
5.4 Cancellation
- Cancellation of an Order may be requested only before the Printing Process has commenced. Once printing is underway, cancellation or modification of your Order is not possible.

- We accept payments via a variety of secure third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Stripe, SumUp, and others.
6.2 Payment Security
- Payment processing is conducted by these Third Party Payment Providers and adheres to high industry security standards. Tangerine Arts does not retain full payment details, and your information is handled in strict confidence.
6.3 Billing and Currency
- All Orders will be billed in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements—is the property of Tangerine Arts or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content without explicit written permission.

- You acknowledge that all Products are produced manually, and any discrepancies or issues during the Printing Process shall be resolved solely via our support system.
9.3 No Suing Clause
- You agree that any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services must be resolved exclusively through our support channels, and you hereby waive any right to pursue legal action against Tangerine Arts.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tangerine Arts, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
